FillAnyPdf for Groups

February 22nd, 2010

FillAnyPdf is also available for multiple users. This lets everyone at your company have their own id and password. However, when they log in they can still share all of the same forms. For example, if HR posts a vacation request form, anyone can log in, fill it out, and send it to the HR manager. We’ll be posting more details about this soon.

iPad for document control

February 3rd, 2010

One of the most difficult parts about document control is controlling the paper copies. As products like the iPad become more accepted they can reduce the need for paper copies altogether. Employees can simply access their policies or procedures from the iPad. If a document is updated, it can be pushed to the user immediately. If one of the documents is a form, it can also be filled out and the data saved from the iPad. I expect to see applications developed for this in the near future, which will be similar to FillAnyPdf.com.

Easy Redaction Technique

December 15th, 2009

This article describes how employees at the TSA were confused about how to use Acrobat tools for redacting PDF. They thought they redacted information, but really the data was still in the pdf file for everyone to see. It demonstrates that sometimes a PDF file is NOT “what you see is what you get”.

However, with FillAnyPdf.com – when you redact something and download it – there is no hidden data. This is one more way we are making PDF forms easier to use. Try it for yourself.
